Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 9, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Berth (the “Service”), operated by nheek. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Berth is a private infrastructure ledger. You may record servers, sites, capacity estimates, and related notes for your own reference. We do not provide public hosting, monitoring, or discovery of your inventory.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the server and site records you enter. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you through the Service (including backups).

4. Accuracy

Capacity gauges and RAM estimates are informational only. You are responsible for verifying real-world usage on your hosts before making operational decisions.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to harass others, break law, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape or resell our data. Do not store credentials or secrets you are not permitted to keep in a third-party tool.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. Infrastructure changes quickly; Berth does not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness of third-party systems you track.
